Visit https://portal.smartsentry.ai to access the customer portal.

You will be prompted to enter your email address. Make sure that you use the same email address that was used to register for your Sentry AI service so we can verify your access.

We will send you an email with a link to activate the customer portal. You will see your information pre-populated to the activation form.
