The summary video for each kind of event (human detection, vehicle detection etc.) is only generated when there are more than 4 activities detected during a 24-hour period. If you don’t receive the link for the video then it means Sentry AI detected less than 5 relevant activities during the day.

If you don’t receive the daily report for the day, it means that there was no human activity  detected during the day. If you don’t receive daily report for several consecutive days, please email us at support@smarthomesentry.com for support.
